Timelines are averages based on 20+ years of conducting retained search for senior leadership positions in the aerospace & defense industry.

Timelines are subject to variances depending upon the complexity and / or urgency of the project, as well as client and candidate schedules.

In 90% of our searches � our process, on average � yields four candidates within five weeks. Of those searches, more than 85% are concluded with one of these four candidates.

Status reports are provided on a bi-weekly basis until project completion. RI will modify this schedule to suit the client's needs.

College degrees are verified prior to offer presentation.

Candidate-provided references, in addition to RI discreet sources, are checked to provide an accurate verification of the candidate's background.

At the client's request, RI will hire a third party to conduct a background check.
